Dinner – Stuffed green peppers, au gratin potatoes, green beans

Tuesday

Brunch – Grilled cheese, tomato soup, Irish fruit scones, oatmeal

Dinner – Japanese baked chicken, white rice, green peas

Wednesday

Brunch – Scrambled eggs, blueberry bagels, cream cheese, oatmeal

Dinner – Spaghetti pie with beef, garlic-sauteed brussels sprouts, tossed salad

Thursday

Brunch – Pancakes, brown sugar syrup, butter, turkey sausage links, oatmeal

Dinner – Breaded chicken, chicken gravy, mashed potatoes, stewed okra

Friday

Brunch – Hard-boiled eggs, grits, oatmeal, spanish rice timbale w/cheese & salsa

Dinner – Ham & beans, cornbread, coleslaw
