Tuesday

Dinner – Breaded chicken breast, au gratin potatoes, green peas

Wednesday

Brunch – Breakfast wraps, cream of wheat, oatmeal

Dinner – Chili con carne, baked potato, broccoli, cheese sauce

Thursday

Brunch – Fried eggs, refried beans, tortilla chips, salsa, oatmeal

Dinner – Black bean and chicken soup, Spanish rice, cut corn

Friday

Brunch – Hard-boiled eggs, grits, oatmeal

Dinner – Pizza night: barbeque chicken & pineapple, veggie supreme; fresh fruit tart, garlic and herb roasted cauliflower
